My style is influenced by my Aboriginal roots, and I love bringing that unique flare into everything I do—especially through fashion (my earring collection from 548 is kind of iconic).

Outside the salon, I’m a creative soul through and through—with a hidden talent for photography and a Pinterest-worthy vibe. Whether I’m doing hair or behind the lens, I’m all about details, energy, and helping you feel your absolute best."

 From creamy blends to bright pops, Haylee knows her way around the perfect blonde. She’s got a heart of gold and a gift for making you feel instantly at ease.

"Hey, I’m Haylee—balayage and blonde specialist, and a girl with a big heart.

I’m a Christian woman who believes in loving deeply and creating space where women feel seen and valued. I come from a beautifully blended family, and I’m married to the man of my dreams—a proud Texan. Together, we embrace a life built on faith, family, and simple joys.

I’m also a proud animal lover—my horses and dogs (Dallas, Chico, and Zara) are my grounding force.

The shelter in Mexico holds a huge place in my heart. I dreamt of building a salon there since I was 15, and watching Casa Elle come to life has been one of my greatest honors.

"Hey, I’m Alex—blonde specialist, extension lover, and your go-to for that flawless, polished finish.

Originally from the Sunshine Coast, I bring a bit of big city energy to Tribe and a whole lot of love for the little things. I’m IBE certified, which means I specialize in Invisible Bead Extensions—the most natural, comfortable, and damage-free method out there. I’m all about creating blends that look and feel seamless.

When I’m not in the salon, I’m hanging with my golden retriever Chevy, perfecting every corner of my house (yes, I’m a proud perfectionist), or putting together an outfit that’s just as on point as your colour will be.

I’ve got a heart for women supporting women, and I’m all about making you feel empowered, confident, and just a little extra."

"Hey, I’m Zoe—stylist, salon manager, donut queen, and all-around creative.

With 11 years behind the chair, I’m your go-to for all things colour, short and long hair, and men’s cuts.  

I’m also a traveling bridal stylist and love being part of life’s most special moments—wherever they take me.

When I’m not behind the chair, you’ll find me hiking (Patagonia was a dream), curled up with a good book, or hanging with my pup. I also run Zonuts, my handcrafted donut biz that keeps my creative side constantly inspired.

I’m a deep conversationalist at heart—whether we’re diving into meaningful chats or just sharing a good laugh, I’m here for it.

"Hi, I’m Crystal—salon owner, hairstylist and proud mama of two little girls.

With 17 years in the industry, I’ve worn many hats, but the one that feels most aligned today is building something bigger than just beautiful hair. Tribe was born from my love of connection, creativity, and community, and it’s become a space where women feel safe, supported, and empowered.

Over the next year, I’ll be phasing out of life behind the chair to focus fully on leading our team, expanding Tribe’s impact, and balancing business ownership with motherhood. My passion lies in creating experiences that inspire growth—and I’ve found that through our mission projects like Casa Elle in Mexico and being part of the Spark Women in Leadership conference.

Moving forward, my goal is to bring education and events to Tribe, creating opportunities that serve our industry, elevate women in business, and give back to our community in meaningful ways.
