I specialize in all things colour, blended long layers, and relaxing treatments that leave you feeling refreshed and radiant. My style is influenced by my Aboriginal roots, and I love bringing that unique flare into everything I do—especially through fashion (my earring collection from 548 is kind of iconic).

Outside the salon, I’m a creative soul through and through—with a hidden talent for photography and a Pinterest-worthy vibe. Whether I’m doing hair or behind the lens, I’m all about details, energy, and helping you feel your absolute best."

 From creamy blends to bright pops, Haylee knows her way around the perfect blonde. She’s got a heart of gold and a gift for making you feel instantly at ease.

"Hey, I’m Haylee—balayage and blonde specialist, and a girl with a big heart.

I’m a Christian woman who believes in loving deeply and creating space where women feel seen and valued. I come from a beautifully blended family, and I’m married to the man of my dreams—a proud Texan. Together, we embrace a life built on faith, family, and simple joys.

I’m also a proud animal lover—my horses and dogs (Dallas, Chico, and Zara) are my grounding force.

The shelter in Mexico holds a huge place in my heart. I dreamt of building a salon there since I was 15, and watching Casa Elle come to life has been one of my greatest honors.

Behind the chair or beyond borders—I’m here to create beauty and remind every woman she is worthy."

 Precision and polish,—Alex is your go-to for all things BLONDE and sleek styling her blowouts are to die for. She’s all about elevated results with a relaxed vibe. 

"Hey, I’m Alex—blonde specialist, extension lover, and your go-to for that flawless, polished finish.

Originally from the Sunshine Coast, I bring a bit of big city energy to Tribe and a whole lot of love for the little things. I’m IBE certified, which means I specialize in Invisible Bead Extensions—the most natural, comfortable, and damage-free method out there. I’m all about creating blends that look and feel seamless.

When I’m not in the salon, I’m hanging with my golden retriever Chevy, perfecting every corner of my house (yes, I’m a proud perfectionist), or putting together an outfit that’s just as on point as your colour will be.

I’ve got a heart for women supporting women, and I’m all about making you feel empowered, confident, and just a little extra."

Zoe brings heart, talent, and grounded leadership to Tribe Salon Group. Known for her colour mastery, intentional heart, and deep care for her clients and team, Zoe now leads Tribe into its next chapter as owner, continuing the legacy of connection, creativity, and community.

Hi, I’m Zoe, stylist, salon owner, and big believer in doing things with heart.

I’ve been behind the chair for over 11 years, and my passion has always been helping people feel confident in their own skin. I specialize in colour, curly hair, and bridal styling, and love creating looks that truly reflect each person’s personality and lifestyle.

As the new owner of Tribe, my goal is to create a space where both artists and guests feel supported, seen, and inspired. I care deeply about building a team culture rooted in kindness, creativity, and growth, and continuing everything that has made Tribe such a special place.

When I’m not at the salon, you’ll find me hiking, reading, cuddling my pup, or planning my next adventure. I’m always up for meaningful conversations, deep belly laughs, and a really good London Fog.”

Founder of Tribe 

Crystal is the founder and original creative force behind Tribe Salon Group. With 17 years in the beauty industry, she built Tribe as a space grounded in connection, creativity, and community, a place where women could feel seen, supported, and inspired.

As of October 2025, Crystal is transitioning out of salon ownership to fully step into her next venture.
